This paper studies the issue the information security for smartphone users in Russia. The report analyses the regulations the state uses to prevent undeclared functionality and malicious programs in mobile phones in Russia; the law enforcement practice in this area; the responsibility of legal entities, officials and persons for non-compliance with the requirements for standardization, ensuring information security and violation of declaration of conformity. The paper develops proposals to improve state regulation of undeclared functionality of mobile devices providing the collection of information, including confidential data. The report discusses specific ethical issues related to privacy, including matters relating to compensation for damage resulting from the leakage of personal information and develops proposals for legal ensuring the information security of mobile phone users. The report first outlines the main actors, terms and concepts used in the report. Second the standards for mobile phone developers, although there is no guarantee of complete information security. In this case, the peculiarity of Russia is that standards used in the field of information security are voluntary. Third how law enforcement agencies protect the user community. In this case there is a potential danger that this may entail uncontrolled access of government agencies to confidential data.

Patient portals are positioned as a central component of patient engagement through the potential to change the physician-patient relationship and enable chronic disease self-management. The incorporation of patient portals provides the promise to deliver excellent quality, at optimized costs, while improving the health of the population. This study extends the existing literature by extracting dimensions related to the Mobile Patient Portal Use. We use a topic modeling approach to systematically analyze users' feedback from the actual use of a common mobile patient portal, Epic's MyChart. Comparing results of Latent Dirichlet Allocation analysis with those of human analysis validated the extracted topics. Practically, the results provide insights into adopting mobile patient portals, revealing opportunities for improvement and to enhance the design of current basic portals. Theoretically, the findings inform the social-technical systems and Task-Technology Fit theories in the healthcare field and emphasize important healthcare structural and social aspects. Further, findings inform the humanization of healthcare framework, support the results of existing studies, and introduce new important design dimensions (i.e., aspects) that influence patient satisfaction and adherence to patient portal.

The purpose of this paper is to provide a "Mobile User Experience Framework for Voice services." The rapid spread of mobile cellular technology within Africa has made it a prime vehicle for accessing services and content. The challenge remains to provide these services and information on the technology that the user already owns and is proficient in using. To this end voice as service and distribution mechanism for information is, ahead of SMS and USSD, the most ubiquitous channel of access as it is available on all mobile phone handsets. User experience has been linked to the uptake and engagement with technology and services. As such it becomes imperative to acknowledge mobile user experiences for voice services in order to provide an optimal engagement opportunity that would facilitate participation by end users. ; This research is partially funded by the European Union through the 7th Framework Programme (FP7) under grant agreement Num. 269954 The authors would further like to acknowledge CSIR Meraka and Department of Science and Technology.

The rapid development of mobile digital libraries is an inevitable trend in online library services in recent years. The effect of the new digital service is closely related to the continuous improvements and innovation of online library, as well as users' experiences and acceptance behaviors. Based on the UTAUT model, we conducted a standardized questionnaire survey and collected a dataset with a sample of digital library users. Then, we use SPSS to analyze the dataset and demonstrate the reliability and validity of the sample. Besides, we also use AMOS to conduct structural equation model, examine the fitting degree, and provide theoretical contributions and practical implications for both academia and practice. The results show that the factors influencing a user's behavior include social influence, user innovation, payment value, performance expectancy, facilitating condition, and intention to use, which are all positive. However, effort expectancy and service mobility had no effect on reception behavior.

Competition for use of different mobile applications (apps) is intense. How to improve user loyalty to mobile apps is an urgent issue for enterprises to solve. Gamification has become an important means of attracting users' attention to apps. In this study 357 participants completed
a questionnaire assessing human–computer interaction, interpersonal interaction, perceived playfulness, user loyalty, and involvement with reference to the payment app Alipay and the game within it, . Structural equation modeling was performed and the results showed that both human–computer
interaction and interpersonal interaction promoted perceived playfulness, which contributed to user loyalty. Finally, involvement played a positive role in the relationship between perceived playfulness and user loyalty.
